How about as individuals, we could get together and somehow communicate nationally a
simple signal to tip off other drivers that this car ahead is in the 50-55mph bracket???

Regardless of the state we live in, our bracket (by an OPTIONAL plate fee) could be nationally known by its GREEN color.

The general public could learn this SYMBOL just like the blue reflector signals a fire hydrant nearby!

Yes, still many always blind, but it might be a start w/o government hands on.
