Can you point me to the amendment that states that it is not a right.(remember the BOR and constitution is not a limiting document for the citizenry it is a limiting on the government). For my side I will claim the 9th.
To think that someone does not have the right to operate a piece of equipment that they own on a public surface for that purpose is asinine. Just because the government has taxed, legislated a right to the point that people think it is a privilege does not mean that they are correct.
