So far its looking like adding the turbocharger has given me a +2 to +2.5mpg improvement driving around town and to work.
Unloaded/empty highway milage is at the very least uneffected, only 1 test so far and rarely gets tested.
Trailer pulling highway milage is still untested. Pulling the trailer around town has been vastly improved. After 4,900 miles of non-turbo highway trailer pulling I have to beat the well established 21mpg figure.
