Grip heater's, installed under the grips of motorycyle are only about $30, Gerbing make all kind of heated gear. some relabeled BMW and HD. Making your own isn't hard, put enough heat into your core your hand and toes won't get cold. I can't find my thread on making my own but really easy, nead about 40 feet of 26 gauge wires.

Same basics as what I made, most important part is a good snug fit, need heat transfered thru conduction. Warm core warm fingers and toes, our body's shut down blood flow to fingers and toes to save core heat, core heat is good, blood flow continues.
