Trying to relate piston speed to BSFC

So, i cant find anywhere a bsfc chart for my car and instead am trying to relate piston speed to BSFC to give me an idea of where i need to be. Obviously a lot of other factors play into this, but im confident i can get to a formula that will predict best bsfc based on the stroke of any engine.

i have a spreadsheet and there are some trends popping up as i enter more engines. has this been done before? is there a well known formula already in existence? tips?

*edit* I think im seeing a pattern of best bsfc between about 7.5 and 10-10.5 [m/s] piston speed.
