Up for sale is my 1993 Civic CX with 179k miles on it. Purchased and replaced the engine with another stock D15B8 with 140k on and have been driving it since. No problems or issues, it works like it should. AC and heat work great, converted to R134. Audio deck CD player works with aux port. Next to new matching Kumho tires. Never has over heated, no cooling system issues. No check engine lights or mechanical issues, starts, runs, and drives very solid. I have taken it on several road trips and would again without hesitation.
Car was optioned without passenger side mirror, somewhat rare to see. Other than the repair parts I have put in a set of OEM Honda floor mats, front and rear.
I am sure you guys know all the details of the CX and VX Civics of this vintage, gets 40mpg with ease and costs less than $25 to fill up.

- Replacement D15B8 engine (140k)
- New water pump
- Gates Timing belt kit
- New oil pan and valve cover gaskets
- New CV axles
- New Ball joints
- Oil changes regularly
The car is not the pretties and has it share of sun damage and dings. But it is the original paint, not bondo of filled over. No signs of rust near rear wheel well where it meets the bumper where there often is on these cars.
Price is $3185. I think this is fair given the great mechanical and stock condition of the vehicle. Also I am only the third owner, so it has not been passed around.
