F1 hasn't used turbos since 1988. They are currently using 2.4L naturally aspirated V8s, 18K RPM rev limiters (~750 HP). 2014 will be 1.6L turbocharged V6 engines, 15K RPM limiters. 2014 will also double KERS (hybrid) output from 80HP to 160HP.
