I know the EPA prescribes battery full and bttery "empty" testing for plug-ins... I wonder what they say about hybrids? Do they assume that consumers will have half a battery left at the end of the drive, or do they allow manufacturers to test on a full battery? I'd assume on the tests, they'd demand the battery charge be the same at the beginning and ending of the test.
