Agreed! Certainly to me, the '71, '72 frontend is better by far than '73 on. There seems
to be a purity of design with the first of a type. '70 nose best choice.

I feel the same way about the '70 Cuda. The next years with grille, and taillight
changes to me were always a poor 2nd choice!

I even feel that way about the tri-5's to an extent.

I have owned 3 '55 Chevs., and 2 '57's.
My personal favorite list is as follows with 1 being 1st choice:

2 HT. or 2 post:
#1 '55
#2 '57
#3 '56

Sedan Delivery:
#1 '56
#2 '55
#3 '57

Nomad/2dr/4dr wagons:
