It IS an A engine. The Blacktop 20 valve is part of the A block series. I had this trans mated with a stock MR2 engine and the 99 blocktop 20 valve 4age. Both worked flawlessly. It is also a drop in swap for a corrola.

Oh so the C160s are cheaper than the C60s? Interesting. I wonder if they bolt up to 1NZs easily, in case I ever get rid of this horrid 1ZZ POS.
