*The wheels look late 20s.
*It's an inline engine,so maybe pre-1932,before debut of flathead V-8 Ford ,as the V-8 seems to have been so popular with Fuller and Stout 'n such and might have been sought had it existed at the time of this build.
*The 'canopy' may swing outward for front ingress/egress ala post-WWII Isotta.
*As already mentioned,none of the wheels are integrated into the body so aero is really going to suffer.Rears are like the 'MARS EXPRESS'.
*I'll bet that they had a lot of fun with it!
