Ok, I've been a busy guy this last few days. Installed an upper grille block out of clear heat shrink film (we'll see how long that lasts...) and a major upgrade on my lower grille block. Made a pretty large hole on the radiator side and a couple rails to support a sliding door from coroplast. Used a strip of ABS on the back to accept screws for the rails, just like building a coroplast model airplane. Then I painted it all colour matching silver paint.
Hope it still fits now! Ha ha.
