By 'H-point' do you mean high point? Smooth front wheels would be a good thing, and my guess is that slightly convex sides would be better than the slightly concave sides. Fully skirted wheels would also lower the consumption; but frankly it is already pretty impressive!
I've asked what capacity the Trev is, but they mention a 3-4 hour charge and that seems to to indicate 8-12kWh? So 155 mile range means it is already (well?) under 100Wh/mile which puts it into pretty lofty company of the Edison2 eVLC, the early Aptera Typ 1's, and the Bochum University SolarWorld GT.car - which was also driven around the world.
The caption to that first picture is along the lines of: "when a 2 year old can push your car, you know it is light enough".
