Hmm, maybe possible, seeing as you seem to be in the same boat, that everything is perfectly fine and the LOD readings are just higher in these engines due to higher efficiency? I suppose in this light it would make sense. (And yes after it warms up fully my idle load will come down nearer 30-35ish, and ~12tps)
I was confused with all this because my 09 Kia used to read around 15 at idle, and i'd have to give it considerable throttle to hit 80% LOD, whereas in the Ford I'm barely passing 25 on the TPS and hitting 90+ and it seems that I'm at 99%load before my intake even becomes audible.
