I think the root of the problem is that many different cars/engines handle these situations in different ways. Making a single system with a single strategy will only work on a limited range of vehicles.
I think we need to identify a target range of vehicles that have a similar system, that is a preferred car here on ecomodder.com and that would benefit a larger number of members. We can expand from there later.
