My wife's 08 Avenger has DFCO also, but with a 4 sp auto. DFCO only engages above 60 mph, and fuel cuts in @55mph. However, I can extend it lower if I pull the shifter down into 3rd before slowing down to 55. Then it will continue to about 43mph.
