Dealership. If they can order your part with their regular stock order, why should they charge you any shipping? They are getting a truck load of parts that are billed together for freight from the manufacturer.
Even a non dealer parts store gets loads of stock on a regular basis. In either case, if I don't have to have the part tomorrow, then I try to avoid being billed for shipping.
Look at it this way, they don't charge you shipping for something sitting on the shelf. Why should you pay additional shipping for something that came in the same truck?
