Who remembers the Fiat 126p?

Well, today came across this picture of how someone aeromodded one:

I have no information about who, when, where and why (the pic is from an automotive site where users post their "wild" pictures), but I can see that the author of this piece of art had at least some idea about aerodynamics: Full Kamm-ification with good angles and rear skirts, side skirts and even front wheel skirts. Me likes

Maybe this is for some (sci-fi) movie? Can't find any info
