The datasheet says the hass 600 can go up to 900 amps, but I find that hard to believe. How could the lem 300 and the lem 600 have the same maximum? You would only need to change a single line of code. Hmm... Maybe you wouldn't have to change anything. Let's see... the maximum current you would see with a LEM 600 would be 600*5/3 = 1000. shut up... You wouldn't have to make any code changes!! But I'm not sure the LEM 600 can really go to 1000. But if the lem 300 can go to 500amp, the lem 600 should go to 1000. That's what I think. If you have a load tester, it wouldn't be bad to verify this. haha. But my money's on it being OK.
