Nope... It's pretty cut and dry....no mention of speeding.

(625 ILCS 5/11-1403.2) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-1403.2) Sec. 11-1403.2. Operating a motorcycle, motor driven cycle, or moped on one wheel; aggravated operating a motorcycle, motor driven cycle, or moped on one wheel. (a) No person shall operate a motorcycle, motor driven cycle, or moped on one wheel. (b) Aggravated operating a motorcycle, motor driven cycle, or moped on one wheel. A person commits aggravated operating a motorcycle, motor driven cycle, or moped on one wheel when he or she violates subsection (a) of this Section while committing a violation of subsection (b) of Section 11-601 of this Code. A violation of this subsection is a petty offense with a minimum fine of $100, except a second conviction of a violation of this subsection is a Class B misdemeanor and a third or subsequent conviction of a violation of this subsection is a Class A misdemeanor.
