I agree, if you don't like it then use one of the many other options you have to driving a car.
Does anyone know the specs that are going to have to be fallowed for the data logging? it sounded like 10 seconds before a crash is the current standard and that having the info uploaded is a GM only deal.
So while the old way to keep your driving habits to your self was just not to be seen driving in public, this new way also requires that you don't crash your vehicle.
