Fulton County, GA (Atlanta) has a 1998 Honda Civic CNG up for auction. 94K miles, auto trans, runs. The car is at publicsurplus.com, auction #862559. I don't know anything about it, I just saw it while looking for something else and thought someone here might be interested.
