Ok I guess i'll have to get used to mpg then since its very easy to read changes, i really don't like KPL. thanks for the reply
im driving a 1996 ford escort LX (autotragic unofrtunately...for now). i was actually modding it for speed when i got it 2 years ago, but realized that it was going to go no where without funds for at least a turbo setup. So then lately with the gas prices i decided to do something thats actually very possible, get better mileage! im very competitive and going for horsepower in an escort lx without decent money is going no where, but going for mileage is very possible! haha sorry for the life story/wall of text, but there it is!

also, quick question instead of starting a new thread, what's with the 80-190mpg+ instant readings when i let off the gas? how does this affect my current/today average?
