All you have to do is get a latest generation injectors that have the desired flow rate and simular impedance (with in 2 ohm) of what your vehicles injector driver was made for. Or add resistors if you pick up say a set of 8 ohm injectors and your vehicle needs 16 ohm.

IMO don't over spend on repackaged injectors that are in no way any more special than whats installed from the factory on newer vehicles.
