Nice to see another 4 cylinder Swift on here. I have hit 50 on the hwy. a couple times in my '99, even 51 once. But that was before. See, the engine was "on it's way out" most of the time I've owned it. But now it has a fresh one (only 7000 miles) in it, and I have high hopes. I haven't done any mods on it yet either, so there's even more potential there.
Anyway, I applaud your 60 mpg highway goal and have similar goals. Maybe we have a disadvantage by having 4 cylinders, but I kinda like the idea of having a bit more power on tap if needed. Let's show 'em what can be done with a 4 cylinder Swift!!!
