That C6 Z06 has a bigger engine and an extra 100 hp compared to my car (7.0L/505hp vs. 5.7L/405hp) so that's a disadvantage (in mileage only!), but it has a taller 6th gear (0.50 vs. 0.57) and is more aerodynamic thanks to its full hatch rear glass and a few other small tricks. Despite all of its hardware upgrades it weighs almost the same as mine, just over 3100 lbs. My car is the previous generation C5Z with the short back window and separate trunk. The C6Z is one nice machine, for sure.
