Yes, I'll adjust it when I figure out how thick the fiberglass will be. For the moment, I want it to fit snugly so it sits in one place.
The rib on the inside is there to provide stiffness - there are two windows in the hatch, remember. I'll notch the rib so it will capture the two rear doors, and I hope to put a latch in there as well. The rib is skinny so it won't block much of the view out through the hatch windows.
