Woot! Glad to see a Civic EX STOCK getting that kind of mileage, the car isn't TOO heavy stock (about 2700lbs meh). 45 without mods is pretty damn good, I'm hoping that means with the mods I'm putting on my EX i'll be able to break 50mpg someday! Good job on the rally guys, Congrats with the stock Civic.
