To me, the advantage would be the fact that a small, simple, mechanical injection diesel would be reliable and run on nearly anything ...

- Waste Veggie Oil or any other "biodiesel"
- Home Heating oil
- Used Motor Oil
- Jet fuel

The list goes on.
