Was doing some research. Apparently these (and the Aveos) use the same 4AT as the Yaris. An Aisin box 80-40LE. I was thinking of how I'd be afraid of the automatics in these (and the Aveo) ... but since it's an Aisin unit, I think the auto would be good for 200K miles.
I'm looking at Aveos for a winter rat for next year.
