P&G in gear?
After a lot of reading on BSFC and P&G, it seems that accelerating hard to get to high speed and glide in neutual will save a lot of fuel.
I drove 100% city but would still like to try it, however I find myself have to constantly shift from N to D because a lot of unexpected situations, mainly wrongly timed green lights.
I can rearly archive 55km before I have to start gliding or braking because other cars are doing 50.
So my question is, without changing from D to N, just in gear while gliding, does it still save fuel compare to slow acceleration to 50 and hold it?
So hard acceleration from 50 to 60 and glide for 10 seconds with gear in, VS constant 54?
