Oh, now I see.
I would check what the Vehicle Speed Sensor outputs, how many pulses per mile. That is likely used by the speedo, cruise, ABS, etc.
As for the injector data, I'm still quite a bit vague. But, something in the injector volume or duration should help. You may need to find out what type/model of injectors you have and investigate that particular part.
Make a best "guess" as a starting point, and move from there as you refine.
