sheepdog44- that's about exactly what I had in mind except instead of a fairing around the suspension, I'll be fairing the suspension itself. the Cd won't be as good, but the frontal area will be drastically reduced resulting in a lower overall Cd.

Weight: Trying to keep the weight under 400 lbs if possible. 500 lb max. anything high and I'll need a bigger engine

Cooling system: NACA ducted cooling system with the hot air being exhausted into the vehicle's small wake
Front suspension: Honda TRX 250X with custom a-arms

Front Wheel/Tire: Honda Civic VX with 155/80R13

Estimated Cd: .15-.17
