After 28k miles, I have ordered new tires. The original tires were 185/65/14. The new tires are 205/75/14. I am still trying to figure out the tire sizing codes, but if my spreadsheet is right, this is an 11.2% increase in circumference. The radius increase is 1.3". There should be plenty of room in the wheelwells.

I went with bigger tires for a few reasons. The car is geared way too low, first gear is like granny gear and the motor runs above 3400 rpm at 70mph. Also, my hitch receiver hits ground when exiting some driveway entrances, so I can't build an aero hitch box, it would get ripped out. My lawn edging air dam also hits the ground occasionally but that is not that big of a problem.

I am also hoping that the new tires will be much more stable than the original tires. And maybe they won't slide around in the snow quite as bad. Nissan put some really crappy tires on the Versa Base.
