Believe me it makes a difference. I can tell what is Berta's FE when coasting in neutral vs coasting with engine off.

When I'm coasting in neutral at 80km/h with engine on MPGuino shows ~90-100km/l vs infinity with engine off. So for the whole tank it's quite a difference. Depends of how much you coast of course.
