I just started
insulating my oil pan with a rubber foam. It is used for sound deadening and I got it from a car audio store. It is 3mm thick and the specs say it will handle -40 to +105°C (-40 to +220°F).

Hopefully it will not only keep the engine temps higher while running, but also keep the oil warmer after parking, and make better use of the oil pan heating pad.
