After working with the charger I've found that is is broken. I opened it up and smelled the unmistakable scent of burnt electronics. I could not immediately see any problems so this week I am going to start playing with it. If by the end of the week I don't get this charger running, I am going to just buy a new one that I can program myself.
Tomorrow night is my last final so the rest of the week I am going to work on this EV and I want to get it running. I'm going to try and borrow a high voltage power supply so I can charge the battery pack enough to test out everything.
