well, i dont have foam panels or blocks, but i get sizable bouble sided laminated foam posterboards from my job site that the company just throws away frequently i have about 25) 36"x24" atm and about 10) 48"x28" panels i plan to make a firbreglass enforced boat tail/luggage bags for the 81 Goldwing to streamline it out a bit and increase storage.
Im pretty good at piecing things together and creating shells, its arts&crafts/origami to me
