I love these old GM tech demo videos. The one about how differentials work is fantastic, and this water demo with the aluminum is right there with the best visualizations of fluid flow I've seen. Reminds me of the other night when I got distracted for half an hour by some canola oil floating in a pot of water... Don't judge me!
