Climate, trip pattern etc. palys a big role. We've just had 6 months of hard winter. It ruins milage compleatly. If i was in Cali wheater, and had fewer short trips, I would not be a problem te get much, much better milage - like yours...
But I'm in cold scandinavia - so....
