That's the part I was talking about. I thought the center console should be wrapped with black foam rubber and bands of friction tape, like a proper race car.

Now I see it. It's on the center console, right behind the blue lever. Looks like it slides back for adjustment. I believe that would be called a
postillion seat.
I'm still skeptical about that speaker grille/shift lever or whatever it is on the doors.
