So I noticed today, 60°rainy off and on the Celica never got above 1/4 way (temp gauge) on the drive to and from work. Before the rebuild ran warm to hot, now when it is warm out it runs a tick under 1/2. Thinking I need to check the thermostat, make sure it isn't stuck open, gut tells me it is.
