For the money, I'm sure they're good tires, however you went to a narrower tire without increasing the ratio, so your "final drive ratio" is effectively lower which will decrease mpg. Performance tires usually do not that the lowest LRR as they are not designed for that. On a positive note, the 51 psi is nice because you'll be able to pump the pressure up pretty high....I would never advocate going over the max sidewall pressure, but my tires are rated for 44psi and I have them at 52 psi. Rolling resistance decrease significantly as pressure is increased which will help all aspects of FE driving techniques.
