My name is Ahmed Hamdy from Alexandria, Egypt.
I really would like to buy an electric car and use it here is Egypt, we don't have this culture yet sadly

But I really want to take the initiative and drive this one.

So can anyone advice me how can I buy an electric car with really low price "no more than $4000". And whither I can buy this electric ForkenSwift.
