Talking 619.67 mpg US - one week average :)

Hi All,

I've decided to share my success with you and it's not car related but anyway it's a big success for me personally.
So I've decided to cycle to work and back and last week I was riding my bicycle - 67.52km/day 41.95miles/day (average distance) with an average speed of 21.6km/h 13.42mph.
Using WolframAlpha widget I know my energy expenditure was ~40900kJ so with the distance of 337.6km gives 33.65Wh/km = 619.67mpg US
Next week is coming and I'm planning to cycle again, it's a great fun and I feel great with that. Previously I was riding to the train station then I was traveling by train (~40km) and again cycling to the office. And the other way around back home. Funny thing is that I'm spending no more than 30-40 minutes more riding to the work and back.

But saving fuel requires concentration, self-control and cleverness. It's a challenge with the nice effect of saving you money that you can use for other more important things."
