Great effort to be sure, I hope it works out , i was thinking along the lines of extending the surface of the bumper strait down , and then out a bit past the tire, I look at the angle the air has to trun and the spats will kick air the air out which if course will take energy, I would eliminate the lower spoiler you have now and put a dam down from the top edge of the bumper and extend to flush with the tire, just my 02 I thought ,
