I worked on it some more this weekend. I got new oil & fuel filters. Also got the new oil ring and got it installed as well. Also made a new dipstick (it was missing one). Here's some more pics.

I should be pretty close to trying to fire it up soon. I got to make some temporary mounts so it'll stay steady. Also need to do a little more makeshift fuel tank plumbing. Then just a little electical work I hope.
