Unplug the 12v battery and leave it off for 15 minutes?
There's no such thing as "reprogramming," but you can reset the whole IMA system by interrupting its power and it'll charge your battery till it sees "full" and it's set.
$900 for a job that takes an inexperienced person less than an hour (how long it took me) seems like robbery.

EDIT:
1) 3 bolts holding in the back seat back.
2) 1 holding the big switch cover, flip it
3) umpteen torx head screws holding the IMA cover on (a cordless drill makes this <10 minutes)
4) 4 bolts holding the battery on
5) Unplug/unscrew the battery connectors
Reverse to reinstall
No way that's $900
