Ran into this guy today. He bought the rig for $75. It's running a 450w motor on a 24 volt system. He was just using the trailer to see if it would work before he spent $100 on the small 12v batteries. He looked quite surprised when I turned around. He looked as if he thought I wanted to rumble.
I was lucky, it was his maiden voyage which was a success.
