I would go for the swap, imho it will be easier in the long run. Trying to straighten the body out is a large undertaking, and if you don't get it just right you will have alignment issues and the works, which will also rob mpg's. $200 ish sounds cheaper than the parts that will be needed to buy to fix the current one, which can always be put back on cl to make some money, or part it out
